Water (Aqua), C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Petrolatum, Microcrystalline Wax, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Kaolin, Butylene Glycol, VP/VA Copolymer, Paraffin, Fragrance (Parfum), PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, PEG-10 Soy Sterol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Disodium EDTA, Coumarin.

Won’t reply to emails

I accidentally bought the wrong product from them and have emailed both the customer service and regular barber shop email multiple times. they haven’t responded to any of my emails trying to set up an exchange. I sent the item back in order to fit under the 30day return policy but am a bit worried because I haven’t received any responses from them. The paste itself was just too vanilla smelling for me, and I realized the clay was actually what my barber used on me when i got my hair cut there.

False advertising- smaller size than listed

They state that this is a 100 ml bottle but only a 60 ml size showed up!
